Hi, you tagged this bug (231818) as won't fix but the existance or non existance of a package for a certain architecture does not resolve you from Build-Depend-ing on it.
Looking over the jmp source again I further see that you did add a
'Build-Depends: j2sdk1.4' so you efectively fixed this bug.
