Hi, aptitude used to mass remove packages. It got better these days.
It looks like it is due somewhat by improved aptitude dependency resolver but also improved archive maintenance of testing. Is this bug: https://bugs.debian.org/564781 still valid? Is the fix proposed still worth it? system shellwords($install_tool), '-f', 'install', map("$_-build-deps", @packages); Please give us update.
