| Sadly djapian seems to go inactive upstream not long after I sponsored
| the package in the first place.
| One of the upstream authors cared enough to migrate the source from
| google code to github around 10 months ago:
| But there's been no obvious activity since, and the last commit prior
| to that was 2012-09-01.
| One of the last few commits "Updated runtests.py to support Django 1.4":
| I don't know how compatible django is over minor version bumps, but it
| seems optimistic to me to expect it still works as-is with django 1.7.
| Popcon score is low and declining:
| (One of those is actually me, presumably from back when I sponsored it).
| I think at this point, either it needs somebody to step forward who
| cares enough to test with django 1.7 and do any work needed to make it
| work, or it should be removed from Debian.
| I'll file an RM bug in a few weeks if there are no volunteers.

The package was removed from testing on 2016-01-19. I think it's time to
remove it from unstable too.

Cheers,
    Olly
