  Yeah, I finally figured that out :P.

  I wonder if it would help to move the bindings on frames and their children 
up a bit in the manpage.  That's the first thing I looked for, and it's not 
immediately clear that "globally available bindings" don't apply to frames.  
Or you could just close this bug, I suppose...
