Package: php5-dev Version: 5.6.17+dfsg-3 The file /usr/lib/php5/build/ltmain.sh is symlinked to ../../../share/libtool/config/ltmain.sh, which does not exist in the libtool package as of version 2.4.6-0.1 (it was present in 2.4.2-1.11). The new path seems to be /usr/share/libtool/build-aux/ltmain.sh.
