Hello, I am affected by this bug as well. According to this ArchLinux report [0] it is due to sqlite 3.11 disabling FST3_TOKENIZER [1].
A solution would be to add the FST3_TOKENIZER build flag [2] to the package but if this is truly a security issue, should we ? Don't know if Thunderbird came up with another solution in recent versions.
