I dont see why this should be a normal bug, ftbfs are
serious by default.
Also, as this bug is also present in version 48, it wont
affect testing migration, in case you downgraded the
severity because of this.

I think you mean the behaviour is "unreprodcuible" :-D
As I see it this bug should be severity "important" at
least.
Why do you think this bug deserves severity "normal"?
