The reason i asked this is because the version from pip is probably
different than the one in Jessie and if you removed the one from pip and
then install the debian one you probably run into bugs because pip
doesn't clear up after itself properly.

I tried installing from pip then removing but still can't reproduce
this. Maybe it has something to do with the configuration files you were
using when you had supervisor installed via pip.

They seem to have the same issues so you can probably try purging the
package and reinstalling or manually deleting pip leftovers.
