Hello,
The "H" root server has new IP addresses since 2015-12-01[1]. The
upstream updated the built-in hints in version 1.5.5[2], so sid is OK.
I suggest that this is also updated for jessie.
The old IPs for H-root will be retired on 2016-06-01.
