When using ownCloud on FreedomBox, several people have asked for a way to attach external storage and use files from the stroage. ownCloud has an 'External Storage' plugin that allows for do this. However, on enabling the plugin, ownCloud no longer works and shows a blank page. This is due to missing package dependencies on php-dropbox and php-google-api-php-client. Installing the two packages fixes the problem and external storage is usable. Please consider adding these two packages as dependencies to ownCloud.
