Package: tails-installer Version: 4.4.7+dfsg-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Running 'tails-installer-launcher' starts the GUI installer. I chose tails-i386-2.0.iso. The installation failed with error message: Could not find the 'ifcpu64.c32' COM32 module The missing module in question is actually provided by 'syslinux-common' package. I apt-get install'ed it and Tails installation successfully completed. The bug is that 'syslinux-common' is not in Depends list of 'tails-installer'. I'm not sure whether this was intentional or not, but at least it should be in Recommends.
