Petter, yes, I saw that the libvorbis buildd status has been stuck on Uploaded for a few days.
I reported in #812935 a similar stuck-on-Uploaded for openjdk-7-jdk. Perhaps this is a systemic buildd problem that occurs from time to time? In the openjdk-7-jdk case, the maintainer performed another upload of the .deb files, which fixed the problem.
