I've just done the test with the new version of the package.
I recall the problem:
If I had a configured tree for both 2.4 and 2.6 in /usr/src, I was not able to have wacom.ko while using /usr/src/linux (pointing to 2.6), I had to use /usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.10 instead.

With this version of the package, I've no more the problem. The package is built as expected with the /usr/src/linux (pointing to 2.6).
