Also, xfce4 is definitely not the right package. It might be xfwm4 (or actually anything else). For the original reporter: is compositing enabled? Can you try to disable it if enabled, and report back? In my opinion, the problem lies at the graphical level (most likely nvidia card / nouveau). It'd also help to know which package were updated when it broke. I can confirm it's not xfwm4 anyway. Regards, -- Yves-Alexis
