Package: licq
Version: 1.3.2-5
Severity: normal

Since I upgraded to licq 1.3.2, german umlauts in nicknames are not
displayed correctly in the contact list. For each umlaut two rectangles
are displayed instead. Moreover, when I send a message containing an
umlaut to a user of ICQ for Windows, the message appears to be empty
to this user. Sending messages to other users of licq or of Miranda
seems to work perfectly.
