Dear Maintainer,
displaying a man page does not use less but more
update-alternatives did not list less as alternative for pager
it seems that /var/lib/dpkg/info/less.postinst is missing some lines like
update-alternatives --quiet --install /usr/bin/pager pager \
/bin/less 77 --slave /usr/share/man/man1/pager.1.gz \
pager.1.gz /usr/share/man/man1/less.1.gz
