Well, we don't use systemd-vconsole in Debian. So it's still unclear to me, which part of the system is supposed care for vt.default_utf8=0. If it's a kernel parameter, as Philippe says, why should systemd care for it? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
