* What led up to the situation?
Net-SNMP's snmpd daemon has changed behavior in Debian Jessie,
returning detailed information about the network interfaces in the
IF-MIB::ifDescr MIB.
The original information is still available via IF-MIB::ifName, but
check_snmp_int.pl does not check it.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Can be reproduced with the following command :
$ /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_snmp_int.pl -H testmachine.local -C
haragahetta -2 -n ".*" -N -v -w 80 -c 90
* What was the outcome of this action?
