Bug#812570: xapers: crashes when XAPERS_SOURCE_PATH is set

When the environment variable XAPERS_SOURCE_PATH is set, a conditional branch
of source.py executes in __init__ which contains a typo: 'sourcepath' should be
'self.sourcepath'.
