Package: s-el
Version: 1.11.0-1
Severity: normal

s-el now unconditionally tries to use ucs-normalize, which is
unavailable in XEmacs:

  Compiling /usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/s-el/s.el...
While compiling toplevel forms in file
/usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/s-el/s.el:
!! File error (("Cannot open load file" "ucs-normalize"))
  >>Error occurred processing s.el: Cannot open load file: ucs-normalize

Please either cope gracefully with this package's absence or arrange
to skip byte compilation for XEmacs (for instance, by migrating to
dh-elpa).

Thanks!
