How is decreasing the severity from serious to normal going to help with the removal? QGIS upstream is working on its Qt5 and Python 3 support, hopefully we can switch the qgis package to Qt5 with the upcoming 2.14 LTR, but the roadmap has Qt5 and Python 3 support for the subsequent 3.0 release. Even with the addition of Qt 5 support for Python 2 in qscintilla2 QGIS still FTBFS with Qt5, so there is nothing I can do about this issue currently.
