IIRC I proposed that there should be a GUI way to designate a WLAN connection as metered. You mentioned in one of your replies that there's a CLI way of doing it, though that is pretty difficult to discover. Then again, it's been half a year and I don't remember exactly what the discussion was about (it was on debian-devel I believe). Michael
