Well, I'm not sure what are the problems there in the actual build, it seems there ITK would have to be rebuild against gdcm-2.6, but on these archs insighttoolkit4 is not available, and since insighttoolkit3 will be phased out soon, I'm not sure whether we should bother requesting a rebuild of the latter.
