The attached patch generates the translated manpages at build time.
This will force always having up-to-date man pages (even if some
paragraphs won't be translated) and the French translation team will be
notified when the PO needs to be updated.
The patch also updates the French PO, and adds the translation of the
{add,remove}-shell man pages.
The patch changes:
* debian/control:
Build-Depends on po4a (>= 0.23 because of the --rm-translations and
--no-backups options)
* po4a/debianutils.fr.po renamed po4a/po/fr.po (and updated)
This is important for the l10n robot used to find the POs that need to
be updated
* po4a/debianutils.pot moved to po4a/po/debianutils.pot
* po4a/fr/*.[18]
The translated man pages were removed. They are generated at build
time.
* po4a/fr/Makefile.am, po4a/fr/Makefile.in
add-shell.8 and remove-shell.8 added
* move the addenda in the language directory
po4a/savelog.8.fr.add, po4a/translator_french.add, po4a/which.1.fr.add
are now in po4a/fr/
* po4a/Makefile.am, po4a/Makefile.in
generate the tranlated man pages in all-local, before calling the fr
SUBDIR (. added at the beginning of SUBDIRS)
update the POT/POS in clean-local, and remove the translated man pages
* po4a/po4a.conf
update due to the new file hierarchy
add add-shell.8 and remove-shell.8
