Package: ocaml Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Attempting to install 'ocaml' on current debian stable fails due to broken packages. The related package 'cameleon' also fails, perhaps due to the same problem. Below is the output from apt-get when I attempt to install ocaml: qube:~# apt-get install ocaml Reading Package Lists... Done Building Dependency Tree... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that the package is simply not installable and a bug report against that package should be filed. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: ocaml: Depends: ocaml-nox-3.08.3 E: Broken packages -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: mipsel (mips) Kernel: Linux 2.4.27-r5k-cobalt Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1)
