This is really the same as https://bugs.debian.org/810785. That was already closed because there's not much ifupdown can do about this. Indeed we just need to wait until systemd 228-4 migrates to testing in 3 days; unfortunately ifupdown 0.8.5 migrated to testing prematurely.
