Noted :) Note that it won't replace linux-image-amd64, but it should fit the

As already said on the above blog post, linux-grsec won't reach testing.
Testing is a distribution for package supposed to land in the next stable
release, which is not the case for linux-grsec right now.

It's not a GPL issue. It's perfectly clear in the stable patches terms of
service that you're *not* supposed to share the patches in the wild.
