Thanks for the heads-up. I have been thinking about doing something to this package soon. Always interesting to see that somebody is using it :) Your shaftnet.org link works fine for me. Maybe it was a temporary problem? BTW, the distribution of this file was discussed 7 years ago here: http://linux-wlan-devel.lsts.linux-wlan.narkive.com/I0nbCU2L/can-we-redistribute-ru010803-hex-in-linux-firmware-git It seems like the linux-wlan.com company has disappeared, at least their web site.
