When I noticed, that cron-apt never runs I disabled the entry in /etc/cron.d/cron-apt and instead enabled the link in /etc/cron.daily/. However, this did not change anything. By the way, I also have a script to update flashplayer, that also does not seem to be run: root@lina:/etc/cron.weekly# cat flashplugin #!/bin/sh test -x /usr/sbin/update-flashplugin-nonfree && /usr/sbin/update-flashplugin- nonfree --install --quiet exit 0 Jüergen > // Ola > > On Sat, Dec 26, 2015 at 4:13 PM, Ola Lundqvist <o...@inguza.com> wrote: > > Hi Jurgen > > > > If it is not running something is wrong with the cron daemon.
