Hmm, looks like this might have been a false alarm... I rebuilt all
the failing packages overnight, and this time the builds succeeded -
so this might just have been a temporary (but weird...) glitch in our
build system...
I'll run some more tests to see if this really solved itself...
(apparmor was a good test-case yesterday)
