I fear the package no longer have a maintainer, and would like to see an updated version to get the flickr creepy plugin working in Debian (bug #770591). The creepy plugin need at least version 2 of python-flickrapi. I've discovered that version 2 of python-flickrapi need requests-toolbelt (WNPP bug #809969) which are currently missing in Debian. The problem is that I do not really have capacity to maintain more packages, and hope someone else can take on both requests-toolbelt and python-flickrapi to get them fixed in Debian.
