It would be very nice to get this fixed, it's getting up to 800+MB of mem within hours, it seems to stabilise a bit after that. Version 2.9 was released a few weeks after this last message as promised, and fixes the problem, so it would be extra nice to have the new version! Cheers. -- Manuel A.
