Package: spamassassin
Version: 3.4.1-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Our monitoring system uses spamassassin's PIDFILE to check for liveness.
Some systems are using systemd, but others - still have SysV-init.
Due to differences in PIDFILE value between spamassassin.init and
spamassassin.service,
we can't monitor them using the value from /etc/default/spamassassin.

Please, use the same default PIDFILE value in both places.
