BTW, I started to rebuild all packages B-D on libpng-dev and libpng12-dev. (As this is on a quite slow server this will take a while to complete) PS: Just for the record -- As Gianfranco said already, the libpng maintainer needs to start this transition. I only volunteer in helping here where I can; like rebuilding, patch making, uploading... Coordination MUST be done by the maintainers.
