Thats the one I'm using when I said "I'm in the process of sorting
these out so that the utilities are built with the right syscalls for
the architectures it now does support... The version I am preparing has
updated syscalls".... I appreciate being told about such things, but
when I already know about it and have been working on it and I've said
so, then telling me something that I just said just shows me you
didn't listen to what I said.

Yes, I've already tested this myself.

Work with me here. This is not a RC bug, and I'm working on adding the
support for architectures that previously did not have it, which is
what you want. I'm not working against you here. I dont think that
upstream support for these architectures is missing, thats why I am
working on fixing this in the package. Previously it did not work, but
I know it does and I'm fixing it. I appreciate the help, but I already
know this and I already have the patch and I am already working on the
fix.

You could help me out by not confusing the issue. The original bug
report was, "it compiles fine if I remove the debian/rules line which
stops it from compiling"... this was put in there for a reason by Ola
(although I think its an odd way of dealing with the problem), because
the tools didn't work properly on those architectures without an
updated syscall patch. A patch that I just received from upstream...
yesterday. If you had a patch that solved this problem earlier than I
did, then please file that patch and request that hppa/mips support be
re-enabled rather than putting the cart before the horse.
