This isn't a good name for a psuedopackage because it could
potentially be the name of a real package in Debian.

I'd be more comfortable with a name that was clearly outside of the
normal package namespace, like ddf.debian.org or something like that.

[If something is a psuedopackage, it cannot ever become a real package
at any point in the future.]
