It looks like Etienne covered this issue already (thanks, Etienne :), but the way to edit feeds after ‘r2e add …’ is to just edit $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rss2mail.cfg (e.g. ~/.config/rss2email.cfg). The INI-file-like syntax should be fairly accessible (and your newly-added feed should be at the bottom of the file).
