I'd anyway like to see that that during suspend processing all
gpg-agents are either killed or HUPed.  This is to make sure that no
cached passphrases are kept in memory.  While doing this scdaemon could
also be killed, these commands should do it for 2.1:

  gpgconf --reload gpg-agent
  gpgconf --kill scdaemon
