This question _is_ in the FAQ. However, I can see that you probably
didn't know which FAQ to look in. :) I agree that it should be disabled
by default, it doesn't save much: it prevents a spinup every 10 minutes,
but only if NOBODY modified ANY file within that time. A very unlikely
situation.
