Dear Maintainer,
there is a problem with rendering final video file when user checks
to rescale video resolution. The original fps is not preserved.
I had clips with 29.97fps, the same was the project setting, but
rendered & rescaled video was 25fps, but the same total number of
frames. Additional frames at the end was black.
As a workaround one can render with the original resolution and rescale
using ffmpeg command line of course :).
To reproduce the problem, please start Kdenlive, setup video profile
with 29.97 fps. Create blank title clip - simply click OK. Place it on
timeline. Render mp4 video file and second time with rescaling:
