Package: rdesktop Version: 1.4.1-1.0.1 Severity: minor
I've been having some problems with rdesktop not downloading licenses from the Window servers I'm attaching. It seems like it should create a .rdesktop directory in the user's home directory and then save license files there. However, it doesn't do that. Without it, the server eventually expires my hostname and refuses to let me connect. There is an easy work around by using the '-n' flag, which tricks the server into thinking I'm using a different machine. However, it would still be nice if rdesktop could download the license. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages rdesktop depends on: ii libc6 2.3.5-9 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8a-5 SSL shared libraries ii libx11-6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-1 X Window System protocol client li ii xlibs 6.9.0.dfsg.1-1 X Window System client libraries m rdesktop recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
