Packaging tools does some variable expansion on control file. Long description talks about which types of variables it handles, but then a word seems to have "fallen out" - probably because syntax happens to match the packaging syntax: > Variable references are embedded in strings in a similar form to the > Bourne shell, namely, in the form $NAME or . Notice the missing word before final dot above? Probably the dollar in that word needs a bactick to not get interpreted by packaging tools. - Jonas -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJWWsreAAoJECx8MUbBoAEh+mUP/17Gyv2MUMKRhgnI3JehURnj S98puD24YE7jMg5XQIQB6cZgpjhMTyvft8hPvOlIB81u5yH3cbe067GOOaF132wx gJYURKKdzyyxVHP/Lh8gDMkIrP96PfRPpGBEAFr+JhYNWRpalm/chbGUYeYm6AMF QEbEX9G25x1va/jPb+FF3/VN/CCPayZWq0hQFXPMCxtJUDcDPX8WuaPNDqDxsgHA baYIOuQmFhPfAX7BmDLk69WdIvgMbrw6PakC/g6iy5qk2FZaXpJAv8/ne+PgLoSJ xuUeEeZp/wf8YFOfCLA/KQrhAPBm3A3DB7r8pf2ZUX88my1fUc9G8dQHrKIUZFTV T7LB1QfVthnl17dvuWQ2yyqSZisqpau+iEvL0TsBzNaMWpb+PIGjtjlOtnQj29x3 hrHgBrLs+7TDYveOFKyD5d1EAgqdVrJ5rrjHASU654YMmOOnxX4OLiIzGJVREQwB aNuyZJ+TrZf5tTszixxRXgQgDyFp7eKTStO90z/1ZVwV+4P/zoZ1WkfYDOfmATRJ bqTx/wdHKcZJzRHIbP6k3LCiPSTaaEH9jNMS1aDKpk3lFreUeUozXIvsF7CWh1dy FgcrPzgFvkZA/0EO4azGlMCMeBQmtyXa2Us71ipfODfEe/adOqx6FPTjj6t3GUuf yqCVUbGpmtrSLrUEq/X0 =biF1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
