Hi! While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed that libnet-interface-perl could not be built reproducibly. It embeds the current year into a manpage. The attached patch amends the existing reproducible-build.patch and uses the copyright years from the head of the file instead of the current year.
