I had a similar problem, opendkim did not start. I fixed the problem by removing the "-p" parameter from the file /lib/systemd/system/opendkim.service I guess moving it to the front would also help.
opendkim help shows that -p has to be the first parameter. I'm using wily with newest updates. OpenDKIM Filter v2.10.3 Maybe this helps others.
