The reason is because of what I said: Midori identified itself
as Chrome when you select "Automatic", and the version of Chrome being
used for identification purposes is old.

IMHO it is not really practical to keep changing this version every time
a new Chrome is released. And I find it rather invasive that Google
displays such warning without giving you an option to disable it.

However, if you want to fix this yourself, you can configure Midori to
identify itself as another browser (Firefox, for example), and this will
make the Google warning go away.
