Package: ruby-bio

Hi Ruby folks,
some time ago you took over ruby-bio from the Debian Med team which is
really appreciated since we do not have any mentionable Ruby competence
in the team. Since some time there is a new upstream version (1.5.0)
available. It would be great if you could update the package.
