${python:Depends} doesn't include it because setup.py doesn't declare a
dependency on qt as the electrum library and command-line interface no
longer require qt to work. For this reason, I think Depends is
inappropriate; however, I expect most users want the GUI functionality, so
Recommends seems like the solution. Unfortunately, I already uploaded
2.5.2-1 without this fix, but I'll upload 2.5.2-2 today to fix this
