Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate When one writes load(draw); the result is loadfile: failed to load /usr/share/maxima/5.37.2/share/draw/draw.lisp but the file is present in the aforesaid location. This happens in console mode and also woth wxmaxima and Xmaxima as well. That is the exact outcome. (%i3) load(draw); loadfile: failed to load /usr/share/maxima/5.37.2/share/draw/draw.lisp -- an error. To debug this try: debugmode(true); After that all the draw commands onviously do not work. In the stable version it is working and in my previous testing version 5.36 it was also working.
