does the package work for you if you *don't* manually set to enforce mode the profiles we intentionally have set to complain mode in the packaging? Background: it's on purpose that torbrowser.start-tor-browser and usr.bin.torbrowser-launcher are shipped in complain mode (see debian/changelog), and IIRC it's been decided to drop them upstream (maybe this change has been committed there already): it's too painful to maintain them, for very little security benefit. If anyone wants to mantain these profiles, they're welcome to do so upstream, and once there's some track record of good maintenance we can enable them back in Debian. Cheers!
