gedit does not use standard window decoration using XFCE. Although it provides its own window buttons and is therefore usable it still is a layout / desktop- integration bug (looks really ugly) and causes irritations with other people using my computer sporadically (which therefore think this system is crap making it harder to convince them giving Linux a chance). The next thing is when opening gedit the frame at first appears completely black for a second until the program is properly loaded. This is always repeatable.
